Cancellation Policy

At Souf Excurtion, we aim to provide an exceptional experience for our customers. Our cancellation policy ensures that all bookings are managed fairly and transparently. Please review the following terms carefully.

Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour date: No penalty. Please inform us of your cancellation as soon as possible.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour date: Subject to a 20-euro administrative fee to cover the costs associated with your booking.
  • No-shows: Subject to a 20-euro fee to cover administrative expenses and compensate for the vacant spot.

Payment of Cancellation Fee

By booking with Souf Excurtion, you agree to our cancellation terms. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour date or do not show up, a 20-euro fee will be charged. Payment can be made via:

  • Credit/Debit Card: We will charge the card information provided during booking.
  • Invoice: An invoice will be sent to you for the cancellation fee, payable within 7 days.

Changes to Booking

  • Rescheduling: Changes to your booking can be made up to 24 hours before the tour date without any additional fees.
  • Late Changes: Changes made less than 24 hours before the tour date will incur a 10-euro administrative fee.

Special Circumstances

  • In the event of severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances that force us to cancel a tour, customers will be given the option to reschedule or cancel without any penalty. We will notify customers as soon as possible in such cases.
